The spring lovin is in the air

Top: Love Culture
Pants: Forever 21

I came across this cherry blossom wide-leg pants at Forever 21 and fell in love with the vibrant colors. I love it because it's not too tight and great for a comfortable yet stylish look. And now it is the best time to wear it with all the beautiful flowers blooming every where. I paired it with my lace loose fitting top which went very well with this amazing piece.

FIDM Debut fashion show

Heels: LuLu's
Accessories: Charlotte Russe

On Friday, I took my fashion club on a field trip to FIDM's annual open house and debut show. A lot of the cuties in my fashion club are interested in designing and attending FIDM so I thought that this would be a great exposure to them, especially with our very own fashion show coming up in May. It was a very long day and our feet were hurting, but it was all worth it to see all of the grads work. It was amazing and every year that I go, I am even more inspired to design my own clothes.
During the day I wore a comfty yet chic outfit to the open house, shown in my last post [here] and at the fashion show I changed into an aztec midi dress from Charlotte Russe. I bought this dress a while back, fell in love with the designs and finally found the perfect occasion to wear it to. The material and texture of this dress is great quality and makes the perfect fit for my body.

Crop tops and skater skirts are seriously taking over my closet, thanks to Charlotte Russe. This casual look is the perfect outfit for any outing when you want to feel comfortable with no restrictions. If you want to dress it up a bit, adding a white blazer won't take away from this ensemble. I paired this cute chicy outfit with some of CR accessories that I picked up and my peep toe booties. It's finally spring, so look forward for some colorful florals in my future post. My next post will be featuring FIDM debut fashion show that I attended on Friday. Stay tuned.

Versatile floral kimono

Outfit from J. Trendy
Heels: Just Fab
Handbag: Just Fab
Necklace: Kendra Scott

I am totes in love with this multi-colored floral kimono. Its versatile design makes it possible to wear this light chiffon piece many ways. You can relax it over an outfit such as a white playsuit, or even a pair of jeans. You can turn this casual outfit into a night outfit by adding a belt. The water-paint feel of this kimono is just perfect to add a springy touch to any outfit. I also just recently received a package from JustFab and I'm in love with their new ankle strap heels, go on over and get a pair.

Interminable elegance

Top and skirt: J Trendy [exact top here and skirt here]
Heels: Forever 21
Earrings: Kendra Scott

This weekend, I had the honor of going to a QuinceaƱera. It was pretty awesome, and my very first time. I was thinking of putting an outfit together from my closet, since I received so many dresses for my birthday but nope...I went shopping..I know total guilt right now :P There is this new shop I discovered at the Lakewood Mall called J Trendy. I believe it's a new store but there may be other locations. This place is usually my first stop for a quick outfit and I was stunned by the spring arrivals calling my attention. I couldn't help but get a head start on my spring wardrobe, not that I've already started. As you may know, spring is my absolute favorite fashion season. It came by so fast, and I'm so glad because with this Cali weather I'm all about low hems, florals, and crops.

This two piece from J Trendy was on my "must have" list for spring and I'm so excited fate brought us together, the search is over. I got it for an unbelievable price and the quality is just amazing. I design my own clothes here and there, and before buying clothes I really skim through the seams and quality of the fabric. I am giving this two piece floral ensemble an A+. The cotton texture is perfect with an additional tulle to the skirt to create a puffy look. Just fabulous and on trend! Another great purchase indeed.

Thanks to rewardstyle, I found this exact outfit at an online shop called Necessary Clothing. Click the image above to get this look!

I can't concentrate without heels

Ripped Jeans: LoveCulture

"I can't concentrate without heels"
Whether it's a blah day or a night out with friends, I just can't help but bring a pair of heels. I'm just so obsessed. I wanted a very relaxed outfit for my casual Friday without taking away the fun. I found this off the shoulder bell lace top from Love Culture and it paired perfectly with these wash up jeans also from Love Culture. This top is revealing, therefore I added this lovely scarf from charlotte russe to take away from showing too much skin. A little something different.

Thanks for reading.
enjoy your weekend!
