Thank goodness all of my Christmas shopping is finally done. I can finally sit and enjoy the holiday. This weekend was extremely busy, I am trying to get everything cleaned and ready for the new year while wrapping all of the gifts. I can't believe it's finally here. This would be me and my loves 6th Christmas together and a month from xmas it will be our 6th year anniversary. Yes we are high school sweethearts. I can say this a million times, but I am extremely thankful for him, not only does he keep up with me but has always been the biggest support. Everywhere I go, you will always see him right by my side. He patiently takes all of my pictures for me even when I get frustrated he doesn't let me give up, reminding me to always keep a smile on my face. I Love him. Hope everyone is excited for the holidays! Remember it is always good to give than receive. Love you all. Thanks for reading. xoxo Thida

I absolutely love this time of the year, there are pretty lights everywhere and it brings so much joy and laughter, nothing makes me more happy than seeing other people happy. It's also a wonderful time to indulge on some hot cocoa, sit near the fireplace, and enjoy Christmas music. I guess I love this time of the year most because I get a little break from school, focus on work, and most importantly get to spend time with my love ones. This year has been nothing but great to me, I have accomplished more than I could possibly wished for. I started my blog, and met wonderful friends. I discovered a new favorite place right in downtown Long Beach, where I can not only capture our culture but also the pretty scenery. Change is good. Here is another Christmassy outfit I've put together. Hope everyone enjoy the holidays!
I have a little secret to tell you...sometimes I like to go to the little kids section at target and buy myself some clothes from there. I know I'm an adult now, but I still fit Large/XL in kids and the clothes there are so much more fun and chic than the adults section. I finally did some Christmas shopping this weekend and Target had their 30% off kids apparel sale so I got a lot of clothes for the kiddos. I think I saved over $85. So yes, I got the coral top at target. I mean look at the gold glitter polka dots, what now to love. I had a xmas reunion to attend so I put together a very colorful and fun outfit with a pop of color!
Today I am going to share how a fashion catastrophe can turn into a good one *wink wink!
On Friday night I had the wonderful opportunity to host my very first blogger event at Kendra Scott Fashion Island! I've been waiting to put on this dress here for the event, but it did not come on time. I was so upset. I just had my last final Friday morning, followed by a visit to my high school to guest speak and was hoping that it would be on my front door. My event that night started at 5p and since it was on a Friday night all the way in Newport I had to leave early which gave me two hours to find another outfit, pick up my brother and get ready. Like I've mentioned in my earlier post, when I am in a rush and looking for a last minute outfit, I run to forever21. I know right, my outfit doesn't look like its from there. I was upset that my planned outfit did not arrive but it turned out just fine because I put together a last minute Carrie Bradshaw inspired outfit. I picked up both the dress and crop top as soon as I walked into forever 21, it's like it was right there for a reason. The dress is gorgeous, however it was too cold that night to wear straps so I found the perfect lace crop top to finish up the look. The event was a success. Post here.
First off I just wanted to say that I am seriously spoiled with the most amazing support system, those who attended and those who couldn't make it. It will be my 5 month mark since I've started my blog and I am so happy where it is branching off to. Never thought that something that started off for fun would lead me to amazing opportunities. You'll be amazed what a little leap of faith, hard work, self confidence, and dedication can take you. I can only be grateful for what's to come. With motivation and patience anything can happen. Stand tall and believe in yourself. Little by little change will bring to you wonderful places. Thank you my lovely readers for following this journey with me while I unlock many more doors in my life
Last night I got to host my very first Girls Night Out, with the exception of a few guys ;) Kendra Scott event. I don't think I would be here without my wonderful friend Christina, the event planner for Kendra Scott Fashion Island. She offered me this wonderful opportunity and I am forever grateful. I am happy that I am finally done with finals and can enjoy the holidays. I hope everyone enjoy their break from school, because I sure will.
Can't wait for whats to come, great things are happening. Thank you Kendra Scott for the amazing gifts, stay tune readers, I will feature their gift in my post soon!

I can't help it but daydream when I should be studying for finals. I am counting the days until Christmas, it's my favorite holiday of the year. The leaves are falling and it's starting to get chilly. All I can think of is staying in doors and staying warm. Once I get through finals, I can enjoy all of this. All of us need a break once in a while to recover and recharge. Hang in there everyone, we are almost there. I hope everyone have a great weekend!
I was so excited when Jewel had asked me to do a Leopard print collaboration with her. This is my first collaboration and I was more than happy to share Jewel's unique sense of style. I met this lovely girl via instagram the night before we headed to New York for our big day at LuckyFABB, I'm so glad she reached out to me because I was going solo to the conference. As soon as I walked in the Times Center building and dropped off my coat, I bumped into Jewel and we were speechless as we've only seen each other through pictures. Jewel was as sweet and beautiful as she is in her pictures. We spent the entire two days of LuckyFabb getting to know each other during our breaks and our adventures running around Times Square and catching the subway. I don't think my first experience in New York would have been so precious and exciting without her. She is such an inspirational person with a beautiful heart. I admire her independency and strong passion for her career goals and love for travel. When we departed on our last day in New York as she left for her next trip, it felt like we've known each other our whole lives. I will never forget our moments and laughters. I am so glad that we still keep in touch and were able to come together to share our love for leopard and fashion. I hope that you enjoy what we've put together. Make sure to show Jewel some love by visiting her site and checking out her amazing style at http://www.thestyleoptimist.com/
